JomCuci reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Each individual may register and maintain onlyone (1) Account on JomCuci. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and you agree to update your details promptly should they change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. JomCuci strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify JomCuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting us at [email protected].
JomCuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a security breach is deemed to have been authorised by you.
JomCuci accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances are maintained in MYR and no currency conversion is applied to deposits made through supported Malaysian payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is RM30.
The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the Platform:
Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. JomCuci does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
JomCuci does not charge fees on deposits made through Malaysian banking channels or e-wallets. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which JomCuci accepts no responsibility. Processing times vary: e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally instant; FPX and online banking transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
JomCuci reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears irregular, is associated with fraudulent activity, or is made in breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in the account holder's name and previously used to make a deposit on the account, unless JomCuci approves an alternative arrangement in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
JomCuci aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval for Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets. Processing times may be longer in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, JomCuci may require the User to complete the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of our compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until all required documentation has been reviewed and approved.
JomCuci reserves the right to apply standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to withdrawal requests, including requesting additional documentation, applying processing delays, or temporarily freezing a withdrawal pending further review.

For casino and slot games, each game is operated by a licensed third-party studio and governed by that game's individual RTP (Return to Player) and paytable rules. RTP figures are verified by the studio and made available within the game's information panel.
Users of the JomCuci Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

JomCuci's aggregate liability to any individual User, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
For betting disputes, Users must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. JomCuci will review all complaints and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.
JomCuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting User rights, obligations, or financial conditions — JomCuci will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring of existing provisions without substantive change) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the JomCuci Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable governing authority under which the Platform is licensed and operated. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
In the event of a dispute between JomCuci and a User, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. JomCuci will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full resolution response within ten (10) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
